Wise-Integration uses the newly qualified 650V GaN/Si available technology from TSMC the world foundry leader. They manage all the industrialization flow from device specification to system assembly. Reference designs are based on our patented system architecture. Wise-Integration GaN integrated devices are used to optimize system efficiency, cost and size.
