TREX K3-Packaged 1200V IGBT Modules TP5012KTS1 and TP7512KTS1 Achieve UL1557 Certification, Marking a Milestone in Global Expansion

TREX's K3-packaged IGBT modules TP5012KTS1 (1200V/50A) and TP7512KTS1 (1200V/75A) have successfully passed all tests specified by the UL1557:2018 standard and obtained UL certification (File No. E527960). The tests include insulation withstand voltage and thermal aging tests, demonstrating TREX's technical strength and determination to expand internationally.

Both modules are 1200V IGBT modules with K3 packaging and feature a CIB topology that integrates rectification, braking, and inversion circuits. They are mainly used in three-phase AC input applications such as commercial air conditioner compressor drive controllers, industrial servo drives, and inverters. The K3 packaging is compatible with the mainstream PIM3 packaging used in the market, ensuring broad applicability.
