On November 3, the completion and commissioning ceremony of Sichuan Fullerde's bellows production project for the semiconductor industry was held in the Economic Development Zone of Neijiang City.

The project has a total planned investment of CNY 300 million, with a designed capacity of approximately 400,000 units, and is expected to achieve an annual output value of CNY 600 million. The first phase of the project involved an investment of CNY 170 million, with an annual designed capacity of approximately 105,000 units, expected to generate an annual output value of CNY 200 million. The second phase, involving an investment of CNY 130 million, is scheduled to be implemented in 2025. The mass production of the first-phase series products will be widely applied in high-tech research fields such as domestic semiconductors, medical devices, high-speed rail, and photovoltaics.

Wang Zhe, General Manager of Anhui Fullerde Technology Development Co., Ltd., stated that the bellows project technology originates from Japan's Irie Koken Co., Ltd. As a crucial industrial component, bellows offer excellent flexibility, sealing, and corrosion resistance. In the semiconductor field, they provide a stable vacuum environment, ensuring the reliability of the chip manufacturing process. In the medical device industry, they are essential for the reliability of life support equipment and precision diagnostic instruments. In high-speed rail and photovoltaic sectors, the performance of bellows and vacuum valves is crucial for the operational safety and efficiency of the entire system.
