Guoke Test Secures Tens of Millions in Funding for Third-Generation Semiconductor Inspection Equipment

On October 29, it was revealed through Tianyancha that Suzhou Guoke Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guoke Test"), a third-generation semiconductor inspection equipment company, has recently completed an RMB tens of millions Series A financing round. This round of funding was exclusively led by Xinni Assets and will be utilized for mass production, talent development, wafer AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) R&D, and market expansion.

According to the company's official website, Guoke Test was founded in August 2019 and is located in the Suzhou Industrial Park at 98 Yangpu Road, China (Jiangsu) Free Trade Experimental Zone, Suzhou Area. The company has established four R&D centers and laboratories in locations including Suzhou headquarters, Xi'an, and Qingdao.

Guoke Test has a production base of over 6,000 square meters at its Suzhou headquarters, focusing on intelligent manufacturing of electrical inspection systems and machine vision equipment for third-generation semiconductor applications. Additionally, the company has set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Dongguan, Guangdong, to enter the new energy sector, where it develops and manufactures capacity-aging inspection equipment and machine vision inspection devices for new energy battery cells. It also aims to extend into the terminal manufacturing supply chain for the new energy industry.
