Currently, samples of the 256GB AM9C1 SSD are undergoing testing with major partners, with mass production expected to begin by the end of this year. Samsung plans to offer a range of capacities from 128GB to 2TB, with the 2TB version anticipated to start production in early next year to meet the growing demand for high-capacity in-vehicle SSDs.
