Yinxin Micro Power Semiconductor Factory Officially Opens in Changzhou, Jiangsu

On November 25, 2024, Shanghai Luxin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Luxin) announced via its official channel the grand opening of Yinxin Micro Power Semiconductor Co., Ltd.'s (Yinxin Micro) new module manufacturing factory in Changzhou's Xinbei District.

Focus on IGBT and SiC Power Modules

The Yinxin Micro factory specializes in the research, development, and production of IGBT power modules and silicon carbide (SiC) power modules. It offers a diverse range of packaging options, including but not limited to 34mm, 48mm, 62mm half-bridge, PM, EconoDual, HPI, and HPD IGBT modules. Spanning an area of approximately 4,000 square meters, the factory is designed with a projected monthly production capacity of 200,000 units.

Corporate Background

Yinxin Micro, founded in July 2024 with a registered capital of 65 million RMB, operates across a broad range of sectors, including the manufacturing and sales of semiconductor discrete devices and specialized semiconductor equipment.

The company is jointly owned by Changzhou Galaxy Century Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (Galaxy Microelectronics) and Shanghai Luxin, holding 63.08% and 36.92% of shares, respectively.
